Ye Xing Group Holdings Limited ("Hongkun Property", stock code 01941.HK) was established in 2003. It is a property management service provider under the Hongkun Group. A member of the Management Association, currently has 17 years of experience in property management, focusing on providing comprehensive property management services to residential and non-residential properties in China. With excellent service quality and excellent customer reputation, he has been selected as one of the top 100 property service companies in China for many years, and ranked 48th in the comprehensive strength of the top 100 property management companies in 2019. In terms of total GFA under management, it ranked 21st in Beijing's property management market in 2018, and ranked 9th in the property management market of Beijing's non-SOE background developer subsidiary companies.

2.Business Overview:

The Group provides three types of services:

(1) Property management services

Including residential and non-residential properties (mainly including office buildings, shopping malls, shops and other facilities such as stadiums) providing repair and maintenance services, security, cleaning and gardening, management and rental parking, and other property management related services.

(2) Property developer related services


Including co-sale services, pre-delivery cleaning and preparation services, post-delivery repair services, and planning and design consulting and inspection services.

(3) Value-added services

Includes home services and rental of public areas. As of February 2020, the Ye Xing Group service projects are located in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Hainan Free Trade Zone and other provinces and cities, providing life services to more than 100,000 owners and users. The total gross floor area under management is approximately 5.2 million square meters and the contracted construction area is 8 million square meters, including 24 residential properties and 17 non-residential properties.
